We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the bustling Gran Via and just steps away from the Plaza de España metro station. The convenience of being in the city center made exploring the area a breeze.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. However, this is a minor inconvenience and we would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city center.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with halal restaurants, the city centre, the royal palace, and the cathedral all being in close proximity. The staff was friendly and helpful, with one particular staff member named Jonathan going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The room did not live up to expectations as the pictures were misleading and the bathroom was much smaller than described.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, with a lovely bed and plenty of power plugs next to it, making it convenient to charge our devices. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to many tourist attractions such as Plaza Mayor, the Prado Museum, and Park Retiro. It was also well-connected for short taxi rides or sightseeing buses. the included breakfast was a great way to start our day.

One disappointment was the lack of a restaurant or bar associated with the hotel. Although there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, it would have been more convenient to have those options directly in the hotel.
